- In what currency are prices expressed?

All prices are in US dollars.



- Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, at the moment we only operate an online store with the domain name antidoteworld.cn. We plan to open our first brick-and-mortar store in New York, but an opening date has not yet been determined. Follow us on Instagram @antidoteworldwide_official for the latest product launch information and news.



- WHAT GENDERS ARE ANTIDOTEWORLDWIDE’S CLOTHES APPROPRIATE?

All ANTIDOTEWORLDWIDE clothing is designed to be unisex. You can use the smart size calculator on the product page to find the size that's right for you!




Orders and Deliveries
- Where can you ship to?

We offer global shipping and are able to deliver to most international locations, currently including 129 countries worldwide.



- Where do you ship from?

This depends on the customer's specific order as we have multiple warehouse locations. Most of our products are shipped from Guangzhou, and some are shipped from the United States.



- What are your delivery methods and freight charges?

We currently work with DHL and YunExpress as our shipping service providers.

DHL Express Shipping: 3-5 days | $20

YunExpress Standard Shipping: 6-12 days | $10

- Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Orders usually ship within 3 business days. If your order has not shipped after 3 business days, please contact our support team support@antidoteworldwide.com) and one of our staff will be happy to assist you with your order.



- How do I track my order?

Visit our order tracking page and track your order using your order number, phone number or email address.



- Do I need to pay customs fees?

For US customers: Duty Free | Orders over $800 may be subject to customs duties.
For International Customers | Duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery



- I'm having trouble placing my order. I received a message stating "Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."




Product
- Will sold out products be restocked?

About 60% of sold-out products will be restocked within 2-3 weeks. You can sign up via the sign up button on the product page to be notified when your favorite products are back in stock.
